  3. Custom-designed abayas and sale items are non-refundable.

  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  2. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. 4. Damaged Items: If the item is damaged upon delivery, please report it within 24 hours for a replacement or refund. Include photographic evidence of the damage.

  9. Delays:
    • Ayat Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, courier issues, or natural events.
